Shanna began her yoga journey back in 2014. She quickly discovered a passion for yoga, meditation, and cultivating the balance between mind and body.
In 2021 Shanna went on to receive her 200 hour YTT certification specializing in Hatha and Vinyasa yoga. In early 2022 she launched Sadhana Yoga.
Shanna strives to create a safe space for her students as she guides them using movement and breath to release blocked energy and suppressed emotions in our body while creating space for deep relaxation. Through our practice, we can begin to heal and bring inner peace to our daily lives.
