Sadhana Yoga Danville IL

Yoga transforms our world and how we see it, even if it’s just for an hour.

By cultivating the mind and body connection through yoga, you will kick start your journey to self-love and acceptance.

What changes will I see from yoga?

We as humans carry stress and trapped emotions in different areas of our body. By cultivating a regular practice, you will learn how to release and process your emotions in a healthy way.

You will learn techniques to calm your nervous system, quiet your mind, and live a more balanced life.

What do yoga classes look like?

In our sessions, we will learn meditation and breath awareness techniques, followed by a sequence of yoga postures that focus on specific areas of the body.

We will learn how to release trapped emotions while strengthening our body, and our mind.

At the end of the session, you will feel relaxed, centered, and ready to take on your day with renewed confidence and self love...
